Where do I find the batch code on my Korean skincare product?+
The batch code (also called lot number) is printed on the bottom or back of the product packaging — both on the outer box and the product tube/bottle/jar itself. It is usually a 6–12 character alphanumeric code. If both codes match, the product is genuine. On Cerine products, the batch code is also recorded in our system for instant verification.
What should I do if my batch code is not found?+
If your batch code is not found: (1) Double-check the code — look at the bottom of both the outer box and the product container.
