Cerine delivers to all districts of Nepal. That includes Pokhara, Biratnagar and Chitwan, and it also includes smaller towns. Our store is at Radhika Bhavan, Bagdol Rd, Lalitpur, so an order to the east or the west starts from the same place. I will not give you a fixed number of days or a fixed fee here, because I do not want to promise something that changes with the route and the courier. The honest way is to ask. How to place an order from outside the Valley
You can order through WhatsApp. Send the names of the products you want, or send the link to the product page. Check the product page first, since it shows the current price and whether the item is in stock. Then send your details.
Write your address properly. A name, a phone number that is switched on, the city, the ward or area, and a landmark that people nearby actually know. In many towns in Nepal, a delivery rider finds a house by the nearest shop or temple, not by a street number. A vague address is the most common reason a parcel gets stuck, and it has nothing to do with where you live. Give an alternate number as well if somebody else may be home.
Three different climates, three different habits
Your skincare does not care about the district, but your skin does. Each of these cities has its own weather, and the weather should shape what you order.
Pokhara gets a lot of rain in the monsoon and the air stays heavy. Gel moisturisers and light sunscreens feel much better there from June to September. Our monsoon skincare guide has the details.
Biratnagar and Chitwan are in the Terai, where it is hot for much of the year. Oily skin gets worse, sunscreen slides off with sweat, and it is easy to feel like nothing works. Start with the short routine in Korean skincare for oily skin and add things slowly. Sunscreen is not optional in the Terai sun either, and you should reapply it if you are outside for hours. In the cooler months, though, the mornings can feel dry, so keep a slightly richer moisturiser nearby.

What to do when the parcel arrives
Do not rush. Open the parcel and check that the products are the ones you ordered, and that the boxes and caps are not damaged. If something looks wrong, take photos right away and message us on WhatsApp.

Keep products away from heat after delivery
A parcel can sit in a hot room or a humid shop before you get it, and the same happens at home. Do not leave sunscreen, serums or vitamin C products on a sunny windowsill or in a bathroom with steam. A cool, dry drawer is better. This is especially true in the Terai in summer. If a product smells strange or has changed colour, stop using it and ask us.
